When Miracles’ owner, Bonnie Miracles, started her salon in 1998, the idea was to offer the “beautiful, healthy alternative to beauty salons,” she said.
Since then, Miracles has expanded its offerings, with a focus on skin care and dermatology.
“It’s a place where people who love beauty can connect and learn from each other,” she explained.
“Our focus is on wellness and our clients want to be treated with the utmost care.”
Miracles also offers spa treatments, as well as the “specialized” beauty treatments that celebrities are known for, such as skin peels, pedicures, and Botox injections.
The salon, located in Los Angeles, is not open to the public and is only open on weekdays.
However, the salon offers a full schedule of appointments and services, including skincare appointments, face and body treatments, and a salon-like barber.
“We want to make sure our customers are treated with respect, but also are treated well,” said Miracles founder and CEO Linda J. Brown.
The salon’s beauty services are “dedicated to the needs of our clients and their families, and we want to provide the most professional and safe experience possible.”
Brown said that while she is open to “any and all customers,” “our focus is really on wellness.”
Miracles also recently launched its own wellness program called the Miracle Beauty Salon.
This new program is free of charge and offers discounts to members of the public.
“Miracles is very different from any other beauty salon in the city,” Brown said.
“In this space, we have the ability to bring the most amazing people together.”
Brown is currently running for the Board of Supervisors in the upcoming district election, and she hopes to help make Miracles a better place to work and live.
“This is a unique opportunity for us to give back to the community by providing a space for our employees and residents to work, learn, and live in harmony,” she added.
Brown is hopeful that the Mirables salon will become a model for other businesses in Los Feliz.
“I know that our community is very supportive of this,” she noted.
“And I know that we’re not alone.
We’re here to help you succeed.”
