Patty and Elena’s Beauty Parlors is closed for good after two and a half years, the owners announced on Facebook.
Pattys parent company, The Beauty Company, was forced to shut down because of a state law prohibiting the business from operating.
The owners said the business had operated for nearly a decade without any issues.
Patrons can still pay online for makeup at the Beauty Company location, but will be able to do so through an online store.
Elena’s Beauty salon has been open since 2013 and is owned by her mother, who was a founding member.
The business, which was the subject of a 2015 lawsuit, has been shut down since February 2017, according to the owners.
The beauty salon is one of the few remaining places in town for customers to purchase makeup.
